From the moment I reached out to schedule an appointment, the customer service was top-notch. Jack was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and providing helpful tips to prepare for the service. On the day of the appointment, the team arrived on time and got straight to work. Jack was courteous, respectful of my property, and worked efficiently to ensure every window was thoroughly cleaned.

I was truly impressed with the attention to detail that he exhibited. Not only did he clean the windows inside and out, but he also took the time to clean the screens, sills frames and light pendants leaving everything looking spotless. The difference in the appearance of our home after the service was remarkable - the windows looked brand new, and the whole house felt brighter and more welcoming.
We asked him to do our shop windows and he came out straight after he finished our home. We will definitely be using Pro1 window cleaning on a regular basis. Thank you guys x
